This campaign of "Total Eclipse, Quintus Extreme & The Skull" is the step to introduce more people to the wonderful world of puzzles & brain teasers.
These three beautiful puzzles are so uniquely designed and constructed that they will model for you just a piece of the beauty and intrigue out there in the world of puzzles and brain teasers. Quintus Extreme and Total Eclipse are made by injecting metal into a mold and are then plated. The skull is made from an 1/8 inch sheet of steel that is then cut by a wire with electricity being run through it. It is because of these processes and the metal used that the puzzles are extremely elegant, decorative and durable.
1- Quintus Extreme, by Oskar van Deventer
DIFFICULTY LEVEL - Level 10, on a difficulty scale of (easy) 5 - 10 (hard)
OBJECTIVE - Disassemble and Reassemble the pieces
MADE FROM - Brass Plated Metal
DIMENSIONS - 2.75 x 2.75 x 0.125 inches/7 x 7 x 0.3 cm
Quintus Extreme is another puzzle that is designed by world famous Dutch puzzle designer Oskar van Deventer, based on a puzzle-ring concept by Bram Cohen. At first glance it looks quite simple but is in fact one of the hardest puzzles that we have ever made! The design of Quintus Extreme is similar in concept to traditional puzzle ring designs from Turkey. These Turkish puzzle rings are elaborate designs that can be made up of as little as three interconnected bands and as many as 12 or more. This puzzle is very easy to take apart. Give it a shake and it falls apart in your hand. But be warned that the reassembly is stunningly hard - so hard in fact that we think there are only a select few people in the world who can put it back together without assistance. So be prepared to be challenged!

Total Eclipse is designed by the world famous puzzle designer, Oskar van Deventer. It is a unique looking puzzle that reminded us of a solar eclipse. Oskar did an amazing job with making a puzzle that looks like no other puzzle. You will find that taking the puzzle apart is not as difficult as putting it back together but both will challenge you. It is an excellent puzzle to test your creativity.
